Individual portraits take 2-3 weeks per batch. Team Collective projects typically span 4-6 weeks. Larger packages are scoped individually, but most complete within 8-12 weeks.
What if team members join after the project?
We offer add-on pricing for new hires: $247 CAD per person to create a portrait that integrates with your existing collection.
Do you work with fully remote teams?
Absolutely. Most of our clients operate hybrid or fully remote. Our discovery workshops work beautifully over video, and desktop analysis happens digitally regardless of location.
What file formats do we receive?
All standard desktop resolutions (1920x1080, 2560x1440, 3840x2160, plus MacBook and ultrawide variants). We deliver PNG and JPEG formats, plus source files for Workspace Branding and above.
Can we see examples before committing?
During our consultation call, we share relevant case studies and sample work. We don't do speculative design, but we're transparent about our process and outcomes.
